I'm very curious to see Shunsuke Nakamura in the junior men's field, in addition to Tsuboi! And Yoshida and Shimada on the junior women's side.

Yes, it looks like Nakamura and Tsuboi might be fighting for the 1st placement (Tsuboi seems to be doing ok from the All Hyogo competition last weekend). On the other hand, we won't be seeing Shimada in the upcoming Western Sectional, as she's competing at NvA level. However, Shimada does get to keep her seed status to Jr. Nationals, so she'll enter the upcoming Jr. Nationals (also as the invited skater of the new NvA women's champion). For Jr. women's at Western sectional, it will be for Yoshida and other Jr. women's skaters (Kushida, Shibayama, Daimon, Tanaka and K. Yokoi).
