44th Volvo Open Cup

The Volvo Open Cup is scheduled for Nov 3-7, 2021, in Riga, Latvia. It is an international figure skating competition for the singles and ice dance disciplines in the Senior, Junior, Advanced/Intermediate/Basic Novice, and younger categories. The event will be conducted in accordance with the ISU Constitution and General Regulations 2021, the Special Regulations and Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating and Ice Dance 2021, and the relevant ISU Communications.

Ice Dance is tomorrow and Thursday.
Junior Men and Women are on Friday and Saturday
Senior Men and Women are on Saturday and Sunday

Khudaiberdieva/Bazin won the Ice Dance event. Score (185.61) is in line with last week's outing at Denis Ten Memorial (186.80).

Ipolito/Russell missed the FD minimum for Worlds by less than 1 point. It is the second time in a row that they score 46.something in the FD Technical part.
They already earned the RD minimum.
