I have been watching gymnastics about as long as skating. I can remember seeing Olga and Nadia live. My sister, a gymnast, idolized Nadia. I am not as dedicated to gymnastics as skating and am not immersed in the rules so be kind if I make a silly statement - I am more of an aesthetic viewer. Go guys and gals of ALL Nations - fly high and land safe!

So glad to have this thread! Artistic gymnastics is the land version of figure skating for me for the Summer Games. Am heartbroken for Brody Malone. Am wondering if he was just too nervous or put too much pressure on himself, and that's why all of the falls. Big hugs for him. I so wanted to see him in the final all-around with Frederick Richard. I guess the ladies will need to pick up the slack for the U.S. Also, I probably have to temporarily subscribe to Peacock again, just to see the full competitions...the primetime purposely leaves all of the other countries out. But what else is new with NBC....grrrrrr

The commentary on the World Feed for AG has been good both days, but the difference between Olly with Blythe today and Steve and Liz yesterday is so stark. Today, they seem so positive and are obviously tailoring the commentary to the more casual fan, and yesterday they were more focused on the gymnastics and much more serious - I guessed they figured only the hardcore fans would want to watch MAG

I'm watching two screens at once because the TV is needed for various sports in which Koreans take part, I was too busy to comment in real time but man I wish the Gadirova twins had functional knees...

The ACL Armageddon claimed so much gymnasts, in subdivision 2 Shilese Jones and Asia D'Amato are sorely missed

My stream died during Jade Carey and when it got back on I saw her on her back eek

Poor Tanith's voice is already halfway gone and we have three more subdivisions to go

In two hours I will be very nervous because I want my girlie Seojeong to do her vaults well and reach the final, her dad is commentating on KBS (Korean TV) and will be nervous along with me

My lifespan was cut short like 2 years because of the archery women's team final but aaaaaaaaahhhhh 10th consecutive gold I am in tears now I can focus on gymnastics
