it's so discouraging that these streams get geoblocked in the United States. I try to watch the competitions live, but it's not always possible.
I know, right?

I am fully for an artist to get paid for his/her work, but sometimes it gets ridiculous. It‘s just background music in this case. There has to be some leeway sometimes.

I need the stream, it's not coming up for me.
I know, for me neither :( It just stopped a couple of minutes ago and a message with "stream suspended" appeared.
Edit: Stream seems to be back online!
Edit 2: No, stream is now gone completely :(

Yes, it's actually quite scary how big the gap is. And to think that Austria was once a power house in figure skating in the 1930s and 1940s with multiple Olympic medalists. But nowadays it's all about skiing and football (soccer).

Yes. Austria skiing certainly up there.
The football league isn’t top, but it’s not awful either.

I remember starting even in kindergarten we had at least one week of organized skiing training, more often two weeks, for all the kids in the school every winter. There was special support for kids whose parents couldn't afford the skiing gear so no talent or future star got overlooked. I guess it's similar to what goes on with state sponsored figure skating in Russia.

Olga not on the top of her game today, but nonetheless a very nice program which should give her the gold medal!

Olga looks like she might have hurt herself on the fall.

She did grab at her ham storks for a split second when she was getting up.

She did deserve the win though.
