Kin-domain settlements (also translated as family homesteads settlements) is the most beautiful idea which exists on the Earth now. People start to undertand that selling land is not OK like it is not OK to sell one's own children or one's own mother. Such people follow the existing laws now, but they keep building bright future. Most of kin-domain settlements are in Russia now, but they also exist in other countries.
