Flag Wrangling

Hello fellow flag flyers, or people who are organized. I need help with my flags. I'm buying flags I have already (I now have THREE UK flags). And I can't keep straight the ones I have. Skate America isn't too bad Friday and Sunday, but with 4 comps on Saturday it is very difficult to keep them straight. I try to get each group's flags out of my bag of flags, but mistakes happen...I left Canada in my car.
Right now they are just crammed in a garbage bag, which isn't really respectful to the countries.
I've thought of rolling them into a tube and putting a piece of masking tape with the country's name on it. Then after I fly it I can put the tape back on.
How do y'all organize your flags, or if you have an idea please let me know I love flying the flags but I hate digging through them.

If I have a list of the competitors by discipline, I organize them by which countries have competitors in that discipline in advance (and in their skating order). I roll up the flags, label the discipline, and put a rubber band around them. For most countries I have just one flag, so I have to rearrange the groupings for each competition. If I have more than one, then I just set them aside for the other disciplines. I hope that makes sense.
