U.S. figure skater Hannah Miller was born October 29, 1996, in Chicago, Illinois.

IMHO, she has some of the best programs in all of ladies' figure skating-not just in the US-and she may not have had a lot of senior international experience, but just going by her nationals performances, she has a lot of potential if she can get a triple-triple in both programs. I really hope she at least gets a Grand Prix assignment and top 5 at nationals next season!

Two new routines will be unveiled then, and Miller said they are "very different than what I've had before." One is set to an intense mixture of Puccini music, the other is more of an upbeat, fun routine.
There remains a chance Miller could return to MSU this fall, but her mother believes her daughter will remain under Arutyunyan's tutelage for the foreseeable future.
"Of course, staying here was always in the back of my mind. And I wish I could," Hannah Miller said. "But I think moving — at least for the summer and then deciding in the fall if I want to stay or not — is going to be a decision I'm going to learn a lot from."

She had visited Raf in April so both sides could try each other out.

I hope working with Rafael will be good for Hannah, he might be able to help with her jump technique and URs. Hannah has the potential to be the whole package and I hope she breaks through this season. Great that she got 2 GP slots. I also think training alongside Adam and Ashley will inspire her to be her best.

Hannah has a new blog post up that's full of information about her new programs, her plans for summer comps, and the diagnosis, treatment and rehab of her abdominal/groin injury. I had no idea Hannah was going through such a difficult time with injury. She had to have surgery for a sports hernia. :sad46:

She recently skated for the first time in over half a year. She also recently started her Masters in Kinesiology at Michigan State University IIRC.

Well, yes...of course....like Sean Rabbit, for instance. The main thing here is that Hannah seems to be happy and fullfilled with her life and is moving forward to even greater happiness and fullfillment. And you cant say that about every skater, current or past. No matter how much we want them to find happiness.....
