Jackson debuts uncomfortable?!?!

Hiii i bought my jackson debuts about 4 months ago brand new, they’re broken in and i got them heatmolded.
I’m doing my single jumps and learning backspin, sit and camel.
For the past few weeks my legs where my boot ties and my feet have been in so much pain and the boots feel so uncomfortable. I’ve tried different lacing techniques and bunga pads but nothings helping. It’s upto the point where my legs and feet hurt just walking on them normally. Has anyone had this problem and what should i do?
my coach recommended trying more lacing techniques and if that doesn’t help then to find a different brand that fits more comfortably
please give me advice!!

Hi, I sort of remember you from before. Your fitter more than likely put you in a boot that wasn't stiff enough for your feet and needs and it's breaking down quickly or broken down already.

We were never told you height/weight/foot type (look this up), and other needs to properly suggest a boot to you (which seemed at the time with limited info to be a Jackson).

Good luck!

I’m not to sure if it’s that they’re breaking down because debuts are more so for doubles and i’m still upto singles. i’m 5’5, about 52kgs, my foot type is normal arch and abit wide but a lot and i only started skating about 6 months ago, bought the boots brand new 4 months ago

I haven't looked up the Jackson chart, but just in passing, those boot charts that say a particular model is for double jumps often are referring to a child-size skater. An adult, even a beginner at a single jump level would need a stronger boot than a child doing doubles just because the adult is taller and heavier. You may need to go up in stiffness no matter what brand you choose, but it also sounds as if Jacksons aren't right for your feet and you need to try other brands.

Sorry to say but with your height and weight you are not in boots that are stiff enough, so yes they're breaking down/broken down. The charts are not for teens/older teens/adults, they're based on kids. Can you please click on the link I provide and let me know your real foot type, so I can properly advise if Jackson is the brand for you and if not what brands to look into for your feet.
