Kseniia Andreevna Akhanteva (Russian: Ксения Андреевна Ахантьева) and Velrii Kolesov (Russian: Валерий Викторович Колесов) are Russian junior pair skaters. Kseniia was born on 7 October 2002 in Vladivostok, Russia and Valerii on 26 January 2001 in Sankt Petersburg. They teamed up in 2014 when Kolesov switched to pair skating.

Akhanteva/Kolesov made their JGP debut in 2016, and they also got one JGP event in the 2017-2018 season, but they didn't do well at either of them, which resulted in them getting only one JGP event in both seasons. During the 2018-2019, the team won one JGP event, finished third at another, and qualified for the Grand Prix Final, where they finished fourth. In 2019-2020, Akhanteva and Kolesov finished second at one JGP events and won their second to qualify for the Junior Grand Prix Final for the second season.

They are the 2020 Russian Junior silver medalists and the 2020 Junior World silver medalists.

They are coached by Nikolai Velikov and Ludmila Velikova whose other students include Mishina/Galiamov and Kostiukovich/Ialin among others.

At the moment they are assigned to the JGP Slovakia but obviously they need to do well at the test skate event if they want to keep their assingment.

I've just watched their SP at their Bratislava JGP debut and I simply fell in love with that pair. Great chemistry, elegance and SBS spins to die for. From now on I will follow them and wish them brilliant development and many medals in the future both in junior and senior rinks.

I didn't notice this team before so a pleasant surprise discovering them today. I actually preferred them over the other two Russian teams. Wish them good luck in the FS tomorrow.

Their SP is a very beautiful program and in my mind the best pairs' program of the day by far.

They did so great today but couldn't quite keep P/R behind them. They may not be happy with bronze but in any case they did really great here and I am sure they will get 2nd JGP event. If they will do pretty well at their 2nd JGP event then they should qualify for the JGP Final.

They are assigned to the JGP Czech Skate. At the moment it seems that Kostiukovich / Ialin and Poluianova / Sopot will be there also. They can definitely beat P/S but K/I can score extremely high when she lands all her jumps. In any case Ksenia & Valeri are now at the level where they can win any junior event.

They did a good SP today at the Saint Petersburg Cup. No video yet, but maybe there will be later.

A bit disappointing event because all the best junior pairs were originally suppose to skate here but both M/G and K/I have WD. K/S is yet to skate though. It will be very interesting to see how they will do here.

In FS at the Saint Petersburg Cup she messed up their combo a bit but other than that they did very well. Great job.

Big congratulations for the 1st JGP Gold medal!!

I am sure that this event gave them a huge amount of confidence and also motivation to work even harder and If they could add a bit more quality to their elements they could definitely win JGP Final.

The way I see it is that when all the best pairs would skate somewhat clean then A/K would likely end up 3rd but even when clean M/G and K/I wouldn't be much ahead and if A/K could add some more quality then they would be equal with them.
