Kolya's a very talented young boy who is not very well known. Lovely performer, musicality, and landed 3A at 12. Scoring 80+ in the SP 4 times and 142+ in the FS 3 times is something to be impressed by at 13 years old. I think he was intending to go to elder age nationals that were cancelled due to coronavirus in early April, then we could've seen his name on the national team :( he had better go to test skates as it's his second JGP eligible year. I don't know why he didn't go to a second CoR stage cause then he could've gone to junior nationals.
Also, happy 14th birthday today!

Happy belated 14th birthday Kolya!

I only got to know about him a couple of days ago while browsing through videos of Russian domestic competitions - one upside of this skating draught is discovering the lesser-known young talent hidden within deep fields. He has impressive jumping and performance ability at such a young age!

Wishing Kolya good luck for the next season, hope we get to see more of him :)
