One skate is to big

Hi!

I bought my first skates a bit ago and I was told I had different sized feet. Now I’ve noticed that one of my skates fit really good but the other seems to be loose at the heel. I doubt I could size down since then it would be too tight on one side and I also can’t really buy new ones right now so that isn’t an option. Any tips on how to make it work better and make skating more enjoyable?

On the larger boot, does loose heel mean the heel of your foot can wiggle side-to-side, up-down, or both?

Also, what boots do you have?

Up and down mostly, I believe. I’ve got wifa prima intermediate skates.
