I usually wear orthotics in my normal shoes because my feet overpronate and without them, I get ankle and knee pain when I walk for long distances.
Would it be worth getting orthotics for my skates if I have no pain at all while skating? And would they have any effect on my edges or require my blades to be readjusted?
I’m currently in Jackson Debuts with Coronation Ace Lites.

Ask your coach. They should be able to spot whether you pronate when you're skating. It's not just a matter of pain.

If you need orthotics in your street shoes, you won't be able to skate without them. You'll need them to correct your pronation, otherwise you won't be able to skate on the flat of the blade.

ETA: source: self. I have very significant pronation that still hasn't been 100% corrected in my boots, using multiple methods. And I don't wear any orthotics in my street shoes.

Yes, you need orthotics for your skates if you have them in your street shoes. Consult your coach, skating pro as well as doctor.

Good luck! :D
