That was her short so she didn’t mark any jumps. She only marked the solo spin. She looks really good out there, if a little cautious! She seems to be handling the pressure well so far, yay Gracie!

How did we ever survive without it?

Same way I continue to survive without it. No one should be close enough to me for me to require it. If you can smell something you are TOO CLOSE. Just like "if you can read this you're too close." Then again that Poo Pourri or however you spell it seems to sell bucketloads. Guess there are alot of people who have more money than they know what to do with.

Popping to say that I'm positively jealous of all of you attending Skate America in person, hope you are having the best time!!
Also appreciate butt deodorant comments (lol) and all discussion on fashion of skating happening - it's always sort of reassuring to see someone agreeing with my initial opinions on costumes (which I usually keep to myself).

Just got back to my airbnb from the rink, Gracie was magical, Haein was faster than I expected, and Kaori just oozes personality.

It is 8:52 am .. first set of dancers just had run thrus and were awesome! Spectators beginning to filter in some at ringside taking pictures videos..
