There's a content block, which means that at least one performance in each has music for which ISU hasn't cleared the copyright. The performances that are not the causes of the block are still available - individually - on the ISU channel at https://www.youtube.com/@SkatingISU/featured
My usual advice (here and elsewhere) is to download anything you want to rewatch/keep as quickly as possible, especially these days. Of course, youtube are making it increasingly hard to download

Thank you for getting back to me. I figured it had something to do with copyright, but wasn't sure because that hasn't been my experience so far (I only started watching the JGP last season).
Here's another question - how do you download the competitions from Youtube? In the past I've tried to DL videos, but couldn't because I don't subscribe to their premium service. I'm assuming that's still the case.

Oh I know all about the problems with downloading - it used to be easy, quite a few programs available, but youtube are making it harder and the ones I used don't work. It's mostly trial and error
I check out some of the discussions (aka type in "good video downloader 2024" or something like that) and read reviews and discussion boards before trying the free ones (because paying now is not a good idea since they may stop working!)
