Well, he could have done better but I guess it was something that he held both the senior and junior SP World Records for a while.

I wonder if Roman's 2nd JGP event is in jeopardy because of his failed 1st event? Normally it should be but now that Ignatov seems to be out and it remains to be seen if Danielian can skate later events or not there might not be enough capable juniors left to full all Russia's JGP spots if they don't give 2nd events to Roman at least if not both Roman and Egor.

Roman is competing on Wednesday and Thursday at the CoRIII. Since there are only 2 other competitors for Senior men , his spot to Nationals is pretty much guaranteed as long as he can complete both portions Good luck Roman!!!
