I was introduced to kim-chee through one of my Korean ESL/ESOL (English as a Second Language/English to Speakers of Other Languages) students. She brought me a large jar of it to try @ home. We did, & I warned my husband to just take a little @ a time & drink plenty of water with it! I don't dislike it, but I know to only have a little bit of it @ a time!
