DESCRIPTION:2025 GP Finlandia Trophy is the sixth event of the 2025-26 ISU Grand Prix series and is scheduled to take place November 21-23\, 2025. Skaters/teams who have placed seventh through 12th at the ISU World Figure Skating Championships are selected for two ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating events. SUMMARY:2023 European Figure Skating Championships
DESCRIPTION:2023 European Figure Skating Championships\n\nThe 2023 European Figure Skating Championships will take place January 23-29\, 2023\, at the Metro Areena in Espoo\, Finland. The event is sanctioned by the International Skating Union (ISU) and is one of the four (World\, Four Continents\, and World Junior Championships) annual figure skating competitions designated “ISU Championships.” Skaters must belong to a European member nation of the ISU to compete and must be at least fifteen before July 1 preceding the event. \nThe Minimum Technical Elements Score (not including Component Scores) is a Technical Score and must have been reached in an ISU recognized International Competition (as per Article 39\, paragraph 7 of the ISU Constitution and Rule 107\, paragraphs 1 to 10 of the ISU General Regulations) during the ongoing or preceding season in both segments\, Short Program/Rhythm Dance and Free Skating/Free Dance (See ISU Special Regulations Single & Pair Skating Ice Dance\, Rule 378\, paragraph 3). \nWhile the Minimum Technical Elements Score must be reached separately in each segment (not a total of the two segments)\, the Minimum Technical Elements Score for each segment may be reached at different competitions. The multi-sport event will feature the Singles discipline (Women and Men) in the Junior figure skating category and will be conducted in accordance with the ISU Constitution and General Regulations 2021\, the Special Regulations & Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating and Ice Dance 2021\, and the relevant ISU Communications. \nOn 1 March 2022\, the International Skating Union (ISU) banned figure skaters and officials from Russia and Belarus from attending all international competitions due to the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. On 2 March 2022\, in accordance with a recommendation by the International Olympic Committee\, the European Olympic Committees suspended the participation of Russia and Belarus from the 2022 European Youth Olympic Winter Festival. \n\nResults
