Nathan's program is so empty compared to Yuzuru and Patrick! I know he has a lot of quads, but it's not like Yuzuru/Patrick are quadless. I know he is young and talented, I just hope he improves this aspect as he will continue to grow as a skater. I am just annoyed that his PCS are going up just because of his TES

Rinkside report: the splat fest continues. The first 1.40 minutes of Nathan's program: skate to one end, jump. Skate to the other end, jump. Rinse and repeat.

So underwhelmed.

His spins are good and fast and centered and he's fast.

Half the audience gave him standig O. The other half are like me and not loving such an empty program.

Speaking of music, the first part of Shoma's free program music is totally boss and I love it.

Then it goes Loco and loses me.

But he's dealing with the pressure well!

PCS Punishment for Chen - over 6 points more TES, not enough to be ahead overall. Artistry still matters in figure skating!
