The biellmann grab that the women do before their death spirals are getting on my nerves. First of all, they bend the skating leg, and it just looks uncomfortable.

I did, however, like the many different variations on the Natalia spin--especially the one that the Germans do. Love it! They had, to me, the most creative short.
