Yay! Jeff!!

Well, the US men didn't do *bad* they're all in the top 6 or so...not bad when you think about how "off" the US men can be. But then again, it was so possible for both Johnny and Evan to medal....argh

I can't agree with you more...oh Johnny!!!!...I'm going to watch on TV tonight but reading all of this just makes me so spazzy...Did Johnny really totally ditch an entire jump combo and 2 spin combos?....please elaborate

I saw it already. He opened nicely, but in the middle he sailed right past a scheduled jump and went into another one. He just lacked his normal spark and seemed like he was thinking too much. I can't remember if he did 2 combos. I don't think so. I think it was only the one in the beginning. So he used only 7 of the 8 jump passes.

Poor Johnny. :frown:

That sounds like it was better than Jeff, but it depends what the judges do with it.

I'm thinkin' so... Oh well... since Joubert is in 6th, I won't be forced to leave my husband & go on tour with him... Such is life... I didn't feel like packing anyway...

Not great by Takahashi. He stumbled on the footwork and had so many poor landings, besides the fall.

That better not be bronze.

Go judges, you have been awful a few times today by giving Lysacek ridiculously inflated PCS scores, and scoring spins terrably, but do the right thing this time and give Buttle the bronze over that skate!
