I am hoping they can do something about the temperature for the skaters long-term in rinks all across the country ... Eep. Guess nothing's really changed in rinks even after Yuna's win.
Yuna's achievements have cast a light on figure skating in South Korea and its a major positive for all young skaters there. Yuna makes a lot of money in her country and I'm sure the government taxes her money heartily, I wish they could use that money to improve their skating rinks. I couldn't imagine being a 5 or 6 year enduring temperatures that low to skate. Hats off to all the competitors at Korean Nationals for performing and training under those conditions!
