No videos of Yuna and Marin yet?
I really want to see what's wrong with Yuna's lutz.

What a good TV program! Getting a glimpse into what the coming season will be is very exciting. I too thought that part they showed for Mura was great; the commentator said he kept on doing this step sequence over and over again during the practice. I also like Riona's Japanese themed program; actually all the young ladies looked great, it will be interesting to see who can "break out of the pack" so to speak in the coming season.

:laugh2: Hiroaki, my personal favorite. I know it is crazy, but I sooo want him to get that extra spot at NHK...it will probably go to Keiji though won't it?

I'm torn between Hiroaki and Keiji but Ryuju landed some 4Ts in competition over the weekend. Let it go to the best man! But everybody deserves to see that Bolero in the gala.

Protocols from one of the local competitions I've been following are out - Summer Cup 2015 in Shiga
http://www.jsfresults.com/local/2015-2016/fs/25/01/index.htm

Sota Yamamoto - 1st in SP and FS in the Junior Men's event
Popped both 3A in the FS

Rika Hongo - 1st in SP and FS in the Senior Ladies' event
She fell in the FS. I don't think she has fallen in a competition since 2014 Junior Worlds

Rin Nitaya - 1st in SP and FS in the Junior Ladies' (High School and over) event

Yuna Shiraiwa - 1st in the SP and FS in the Junior Ladies' (Jr. High School and below) event
She's got 3Lz-3T, 3F-3T, 3S-3Lo!

Podium photos of Rika, Mariko and Saya Ueno. Rika has green costumes for both SP and FS!

ETA: Junior Men's podium

Yes. If Ryuju does better, he should go. Maybe Hiroaki can be a special guest? My hopes are very far-fetched now.

I don't have any videos of the Asian Open, but rosewood posted this video link of Marin practicing Spring Sonata. I honestly can't connect this magnificent practice performance with the low score she got in her performance at the Asian Open. I hope she can carry the high quality of her practice performances into competition. Marin's short interview and performance is from 12:00 - 15:00.
