Angela?

Does anyone know if Angela N. plans to be back next season? I really do like her skating a lot and miss her. I know she had that shoulder surgery and says she wants to be back... I'm just hoping she comes back! And makes a really NICE comeback too (maybe a la Lena Sokolova?).

It's hard to say. After an injury and surgery it could be a slow recovery for her. It took Elvis an entire season to make a comeback after his injury. He gave it a good go, but I think he wisely decided to leave the amateur ranks. There is no use reinjuring themselves again for the sake of a medal. The jumps are getting tougher for both male and female skaters to pull off - they have to be in top form. I hope we see Angela again - only time will tell.

I want her to be healed and then start practicing
