Plot: A German submarine hunts allied ships during the Second World War, but it soon becomes the hunted. The crew tries to survive below the surface, while stretching both the boat and themselves to their limits.

Starting from this movie, I've become also interested in the allied efforts to break into the Enigma code, on which several, far less, dramatic movies etc have been made and the tragic life of Alan Turing, ultimately condemned for his homosexuality, and only recently restored by Her Majesty Queen Elisabeth II.
