Is there any way to set it so that every time you post it's in a certain font?

As far as I know, no, there is not. The whole forum is set on the same default.

However, if you go to User Control panel, Edit Options, Miscellaneous Options, then select the third choice (WYSIWY editor -- don't forget to "save changes") it will be easier to click on the font you want for each post.
