Can somebody explain me what's that "Team Challenge" ?

It's a contest I run where you pick a team of skaters to compete in the Grand Prix events. The score is simply the sum of each of the skaters on your team's placements.

Its like the "fantasy" leagues you can design online for football and other sports... you pick a set of players and earn points based on their accomplisments.
