Can we please all take a moment to boggle at how Ice Dancing is currently Russia's weakest discipline in the sport and will probably remain that way up through 2014?
I've also heard that Bobrova/Soloviev are looking around a new coach. Do you think you can confirm/disconfirm this rumor? Regrettably, I can't read Russian.
Seriously with so many students does Morozv ever sleep?
Must... resist... urge... to make... joke...
I didnt mean it this way!:Must... resist... urge... to make... joke...
Not currently, but he did, of course, coach Bourne & Kraatz when they became World champions.I really like this Team!!! Does Morozov coach other talented Ice Dancers?

He also has ice dancing background himself, and "served his apprenticeship" with Tarasova, for whom ice dancing is the primary specialty.
There was a fairly shocking interview Zhulin gave a couple of weeks ago. (Sorry, I don't have the link or the exact translation). In it, he was talking about how I&K's work ethic wasn't up to par. He then said that he wanted his students to read the interview and draw appropriate conclusions from it (that they should work more, that is). Also, I am not sure why some people think that Zhulin didn't care how they did? Perhaps success came way to easy for them initially and they didn't work as hard as they should have.
