It's the same for me, if not worse. I dumped history, temporary internet files, cookies, ran Norton, AdAware and Spybot. How do you tell if you have bandwidth? I'm on an Embarq high speed connection, but I don't know what speed. Neither 400k or 700k work for me. The last time I watched live it worked.

Thanks. Looks like Nina Jiang is within striking distance of the gold, or at least she's almost sure a medal. She usually has a fairly strong LP and that will help her as well. Just imagine three gold medals in a row! Hope I haven't jinxed her. Nina.
