Stephane is far ahead as he should be. If he were an American or a Russian he would have scored over 170 points for his stunning performance and had a 43.00+ plus divided total, oh well.

I hope Sandhu retires. He is better suited to show skating and it will allow some of our young talent to shine. Plus the judges have given up on him and he has given up on himself.

I love watching him, but it is becoming increasingly painful. You know when he won the 2004 GP final, and had a great performance at Canadians, I thought he had turned the page and he would finaly become everything we in Canada wanted him to be. It did not happen.

We need to keep iin mind that the point spread is actually fairly slight. I just hope they've gotten the jitters out of the way and can put down some strong short and long programs. After the dismal Olys, I'm really hoping to see some great skating to wrap up the season.

The qualifying round scored with COP is friendlier than the ordinal system to those who finished fourth or lower. Finally, something good to say about COP!

Lambiel has a pretty nice, but not insurmountable lead. Everybody in the next group below him is very closely bunched due to the splatfest. The short program will be interesting.

The judges have far from given up on him. He had the third highest PCS scores of all the men in that group despite having an obviously horrible technical preforamnce judging by his TES score which was one of the worst in the pack.

Good. For once weird judging is working out to favor one of my favorite skaters... :p

Go Eman!
