The falls or when ladies being dropped/thrown in pair skating are really scary :hopelessness:.

One of the worst ice dance falls. Melissa Gregory and Denis Petukhov at the 2007 Skate Canada https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SyBRO3XUiXA they had to withdraw from the competition and later retired because they missed out on the rest of the season

Here's a bizarre fall! Plushy at the 2004 World Championships, fabulous program, everything going amazingly, there was even a 3A - 1/2 loop -3 flip in it and then on his last jump - slip!

Fortunately, he popped right back up again! But what a bizarre fall!

Also having watched the ABC version this is a rare moment where the American commentators were on Team Plushy compared to the British Eurosports guys, seems we entered Bizarro!World...

I remember when that happened and all the Sasha ubers where saying it wasn't a fall and that she planned it. Doesn't look planned to me but she managed to turn it into a bizarre ending pose.
