Sitting out on the Pacific coast of Canada, I don't know any figure skate blade specialists in Cornwall. You might have to take them to Devon. I have a young relative who is stationed (with the police) in Bodmin. He plays hockey in Plymouth and gets his skates sharpened at a sporting goods shop there, and he's mentioned driving with his girlfriend, a speed skater, to Exeter to get her blades sharpened there. I don't know the specific shop names, though, or if either place does figure blades. Do they actually need sharpening? Or just the rust cleaned off from being left wet in guards instead of soakers? Maybe one of the technicians here on Golden Skate can help you more. Good luck!

I literally just got them and I tried really hard to remove the rust , but I was left with black coloured marks I took a picture and showed it to someone I know who also does figure skating she said it might be better to get them sharpened
