Snicker if you must....but Great Britain had its most successful Winter Olympics in years in SLC, including its first OGM in 18 years (in women's curling). We've come a long way since "Eddie the Eagle" from '88 Calgary. All told, my precious Jolly Old came away with 3 medals (1 gold, 2 bronze....it would have been 3 if stupid Alain Baxter had been caught doping....you're an alpine skier; Britain hasn't won a skiing medal since 1952, it's not going to hurt our feelings if we don't win one
