We had already seen Yappei (mascot of a Miyagi TV channel) as Seimei, but here, he's going way farther, fantasising that Yuzuru Hanyu's collaboration with T.M.R. at Fantasy on Ice will be on the latter's single Hot Limit, and is cosplaying it:

I love this, it was only seen briefly for one shoot and video and yet it is exhibited and treasured. (Yes, it is gorgeous in its own right, but it's also so much because of how much people love Yuzuru.)
