Veronika Zhilina 3Lutz. So after struggling massively with 3T and 3S the entire season, she moves under Eteri and gets 3Flip and 3Lutz in a month. And! Both are with correct edges, both are with very pretty technique(no pre-rotation). I wonder what the storyline will be...

Some off-topic but: I love it when I notice German words used in English texts. Like Schadenfreude. Or Kindergarten. Or Wunderwaffe. Like, how did that happen that these words are suddenly known in English?

Kindergarten was first used in the US in the 1850s. A German man founded a school for small children and called it Kindergarten and the name stuck -

She seems to have a good eye for what the person's thinking or how they are feeling. So she would notice small things that the skater might not realize themselves. Be it that they aren't working as hard as they could, aren't concentrating on something etc.

I think the most important thing about it is Eteri herself and not some training method. That's why I've never been concerned about some "training secrets" being leaked.

Well, see, she isn't the only coach in Russia. Of course, the material she gets is very good, but so is the material several other coaches get - Without such results.

It isn't very nice seeing TAT smiling next to Gubanova and apparently working with her considering the comments she's made on Gubanova's body type. Ah, and the Russian junior nationals thing.

I don't know how strong this argument is. If you take last quad we have 4 consecutive JGP finals won by S-70 girl with a better score each time. 3 out of 4 JWC champions from S-70 as well (and most likely if Polina wasn't injured have been 4 out 4 ). If there is just talent, wouldn't statistically some other clubs have some champions too?

We all know people in Russia in their ordinary life behave a bit differently (and we also remember her "prosto piz*ets" video ), so some people think she is just acting on camera.
