When will the list of possible JGP competitors for all countries come out? And the names for the first JGP? Its only about a month away right, should they be coming out any day now?

Thanks for sharing this! Does anyone know what implications being on the Moscow (or SPB etc) team has? Is there any funding involved with it, or anything else?

And of course it will be super exciting to see who they announce for the roster of the first JPG. Season is almost here! :)

Interesting lists. You have Anastasia in the senior lineup and Maria as a reserve. I'm a tad confused.

And SFM do you know anything about Nastyas new coach?

Yes, they should be :)

Outside all Eteri's girls ( juniors + seniors) and Evgenia Medvedeva, I'm anticipating Vasilyeva and Tarusina. BTW why is Tarusina junior and Vasilieva senior? Tarusina had better results if I'm not mistaken

I don't know anything, but the region on her fskate.ru bio has been changed back to St. Petersburg, so the Rukavicin rumor could definitely be true...

I believe it's due to Vasilieva's bronze medal at the senior cup final. I'm curious about Anastasia Gracheva - she's a nice skater, but I'm not sure why she'd be on the main senior team

Exactly what I was wondering, that seems strange?

And what exactly is the Moscow team, do they get funding? Also, will Gubanova be off now that she's in SPB?

Tarusina posted in her stories on instagram a few weeks ago that it was her coach's decision to let her stay in juniors.

Thanks for the FFKM listing. Would like to see the original document though.

Khrustalniy skaters listing either Dudakov or Gleikhengauz as their second trainer means G. gets the higher pay of a trainer instead of choreographer, which is fair given his involvement and contribution to #TeamTutberidzeForProgress. Could be small administrative errors though ...

Gubanova's dismissal hasn't been included yet. Being dismissed at the start of season is very uncommon, now all of FFKKR, FFKM and FFKSPb need to redo their listings and transfer the money etc.

Lots of Ice Age, Kids contestants, but that was to be expected. Their performances in the shows make their names instantly recognisable to the general FS audience, but could put them under some more pressure.
I tried to find Mariya Rebrova from Kostroma, but couldn't find her.

Davydov is doing fine with his CSKA juniors. I always liked the 'fist butt' he and the skater share at the boarding before the judge's call. Davydov also has quite a lot of boys/young men in his tutelage. Training both girls and boys is good for the personal and professional development of a trainer, I hope Davydov grows in rank at CSKA.

Tarakanova mentioned last and apart from the main Panova group? Perhaps I am reading too much into this, but I have the feeling she still isn't included fully in the Snow Leopards core.

Shabotova struck from the list, so that decision was already made pre-season.

Browsing the other 'federations', no commercial Plyushchenko style rinks have any state sponsored skaters?

Yes, they should be :)

Why is Alisa Dvoeglazova in the girls team but not Elizaveta Kulikova? I think she’s much better

Probation possibly? She changes coaches frequently - she was with her last 2 coaches for only 1 season; before she went to the Snow Leopards the first time she went through 2 other coaches. I looked at her Wikipedia, she moved to Moscow in 2011, it's 2019 so in 8 years she's had 5 coaches - that's a lot of coaches.

Changing coaches frequently is risky business because it creates a lack on continuity. Nastya T has had 5 coaches in 8 years while I think Nastya G is working on 4 coaches in 4 years or 3 in 3 years. I've lost count. :) Too much change and not enough continuity for both Nastyas. :( Hopefully they have found the right coaches now.

Alisa was ahead of her on both the nationals Younger Age (youngest group) and the Moscow qualifiers for that competition.
Alisa 6th on both, Elizaveta 9th-7th

Oh. Well hopefully that will change because I think Liza is more promising and she is at CSKA with a 3Lz+3T now

For the very first JGP, Russia can send 2 ladies right? I’m guessing that we’ll see Kamila V and ..... idk, someone of a different club, perhaps from the snow leopards.

Where is the first JGP by the way?

Yes, they can send 2 to all events except the event in Russia where they can send 3. The 1st event is in France. Anna kuzmenko will be going from France, so maybe one of the girls from the Snow Leopards club will also be assigned since their coach is already going. I would assume Kamila + Ksenia or Nastya Tarakanova. Of course, this is all depending on the readiness shown at the test skates.

We should know fairly soon, since entries were due to the ISU on Friday the 19th. My guess is they will be published some time this week or next. That said, they can switch out the entries and substitutes until pretty last minute, so we won’t really know until closer to the event.

I'm guessing Kamila will be at the JGP in Russia, which means she also will probably be at the first one (exactly how Shcherbakova's were spaced last year).
