Yes. Anton is much more evenly matched with Vanessa than he was with the formidable Lorraine McNamara. The overall effect is much more pleasurable.

Rafaella in particular really matches her expression and movements well - going from soft to more intense with the music. I cringed when I saw their music but then enjoyed the program. I thought they did a great job and they seemed very happy!

Anissina/Peizerat wore blue when they skated to Romeo + Juliet and clinched Olympic bronze in the 1998 season as well. I thought the costuming was lovely for both teams. I like your allusion to what the color blue symbolizes, both peace and sadness, which Romeo + Juliet wished for their families to coexist peacefully, but unfortunately their story had a very sad ending.

I'm afraid it's going to be a trend. We should all write USFS saying we hate it. Way to say "your skating doesn't matter" USFS. Or even "the crowd who paid to be here doesn't matter, only TV matters." I still haven't worked out why they moved the women from Saturday to Friday.

Haven't been posting, as I've been eating lunch while watching skating. Now that it's done, I can catch up.

If we're going to do something like that, it would be best to do it in a public forum (IMO), so others can perhaps agree.

Most of them. Unfortunately. I got my times mixed up. And not only is this in my country...it's in my actual TIME ZONE, though things seem to be happening at Eastern Time. I'm super confused.
