We stay with the Juniors, but move from the boys to the girls.

I'll watch the first half hour of this LIVE, but I'm not sure how much of today's action after that I will be able to fit in around watching the Formula 1 practices LIVE and catching up on the overnight MotoGP practices.

And with Arina NESKOROMNIKH (UZB) lying on the ice for her finishing pose, that is where I leave to watch the Formula 1. (Don't worry, I'll watch her getting her scores during the next set of adverts).

I don't think I'll be able to pop in to watch Zhasmin LIVE, as the F1 broadcast will still be on when she skates (it's such a pity you can't pause Sky Go). But, I'll catch up on her as soon as the F1 broadcast is over.

Typical! The adverts in the Formula 1 practice finish just as the resurfacing ends and Zhasmin's group start their Warm-Up!

Well, I'll use this as a placeholder for when I come to watch the Warm-Up.

Ah, Zhasmin was the first skater we saw close up. But, since she was heading away from camera and not doing anything, they quickly switched to another skater.

Barely 10 seconds later, we were back with Zhasmin. And she started lining up a jump, which she executed beautifully. And no sooner did her blade touch the ice than we were away again.

But not for long. We then saw her lining up another jump, but it wasn't quite as good as the last one.

Saw her moving across the foreground of a couple of shots. Then we saw her do a small jump, and we then left.

After a while, the camera started focussing on her, but she was moving away like in the first shot, so we switched to another skater.

In the next shot, we saw her go across the front of a shot and it looked like she was lining up a jump, so the camera switched to her. But, it turned out she was doing some choreography, so the camera left again. And in the background, we saw Zhasmin taking off on a jump. So. it quickly switched back to her, and we saw a lovely sequence of jumps.

A few shots later, we joined her mid-jump, and she didn't have a great landing. Then we left again.

Next time we joined her, she did a jump, and the landing was better.

A few shots later, we joined her mid-jump, and it was beautiful!

The next time the camera joined her, she was just getting into position to do something, but when the direcctor saw it was a spin, they switched to looking at somebody else. But a few seconds later, we returned and she was still doing the Combintion Spin. And what we saw of it was beautiful.

Then a few shots later, the same thing happened again! But we didn't re-join her this time because the Warm-Up ended.

Yes, they focussed on Zhasmin a lot, so we got a good idea of what sort of form she is in today. I hope she carries it through to the programme.

Formula 1 Free Practice 1 has just finished and gone to adverts, and my kid is coming on to skate!

However, I know fine well that the adverts won't be long enough to let me see her programme in it's entirity, so I will start catching up on her Warm-Up now, and finish watching the Warm-Up and the programme when the F1 broadcast finishes in 15 minutes time.

Now that I've got used to her doing sultry in the results area, I notice it in the choreography at the start.

Double footed landing in opening Double Loop.

Combination jump beautiful.

Abrupt landing on the Triple Lutz.

Not sure whether that will be classed as a fall or a double hands down on the Triple Salchow.

Unsteady landing on the Triple Toe.

Combination Spin beautiful.

First jump in sequence beautiful, second one a bit diagonal, third one fine.

And a beautiful Camel Spin to finish.

She looked disappointed when she came out of her finishing position,

But still did the cartwheel when taking her bows! This is becoming a signature move.

Is she crying during the replays? No, just breathing heavily.

She does seem very disappointed watching the replays.

She goes into 4th position overall.

Just a wee wave. That shows how disappointed she is.

Well, the good stuff was beautiful, so:
