Thrilled that Browns had a great skate! I was praying that Bro Brown wouldn’t jack up his twizzles, but he stayed upright! One of my favorite dance programs of the season.

That's interesting. I disagree but respect your opinion. I thought she always looked uncomfortable with her previous partner and that partnership lacked soul. Imho She looks so much more comfortable with Dmitry and it allows her to shine. I like this team a lot just not quite as much as I like the Browns.

Did the Shib Sibs mention why they wanted to come back?

was it for the competition, or was it for the Olympics?

After their placements here at the Nationals I'm wondering if they will opt to say in the eligible ranks.

and I mean no disrespect to them. If their aim was to make an Olympic team, and they're not going to now, will they still compete, or go back to retirement?

Retire,there are so many young couples who are more innovative than the Shib's. They were great for their time but when you compare them to say other brother/sister teams they have not progressed - the Browns,the Peales.

Slow and steady improvement. International experience and feedback has really helped them.

They've never been my favorite but I think they could be great again. They just didn't give themselves enough time after 7 years off. If they truly want to continue their comeback, they should. They will just need to be realistic and they will need several years to truly be competitive again.
