Keeping up with Chinese Figure Skating is challenging. They hold a series of competitions called China (CN) Interclub Stages - each stage is named for the city it is held in. Skaters are grouped by test level/ability not by age.

Results can be found in Skating Scores after a bit of delay.
  • CN Stage 1 Harbin (8-9 July)
  • CN Stage 2 Shenzhen (17-18 July)
  • CN Stage 3 Hangzhou (24-26 July)
  • CN Stage 4 Weihai (29 July - 2 August)
  • CN Stage 5 Beijing (5-13 August)
  • CN Stage 6 Final (9-13 September)
Videos can often be found on YT from Tike Zhang (recommended) or Chinese sources such as Arielle12 (China YT), Bilibilli or Weibo.

Good luck. Any other suggestions would be welcome.

Few more information about Chinese InterClub Leauge. There are five events plus the final. I don't know how the rules work. The senior cathegory is more like "open" - even very young skaters can compete (probably need to have certain skill level).
List of events:
1. Harbin (8-9 July)
2. Shenzhen (17-18 July)
3. Hangzhou (24-26 July)
4. Weihai (29 July - 2 August)
5. Beijing (5-13 August)
6. Final (9-13 September).

I found a similar site to SkatingScores where the results of Chinese IntercClub League can be found (among other events): https://zhua.icu/competitions

Junior grand prix selection
The fist and fifth events (Harbin, Beijing) are also qualifiers for junior gran prix spots. Harbin - for the early JGP events, Beijing - for the remaining spots in later JGP events.

Spots distribution rules:
Jr women: Top 5 skaters from recent national championship (both senior and junior - if eligibile) were given 1 spot for each one. Those are:
Shuxian Jin,
Shiqi Gao,
Yihan Wang,
Yuxuan Liu,
Chenxi Jin.
Top 3 skaters from the Harbin event (junior women cathegory) were given Substitude entries (Yunxi Fan, Jintian Liu, Zixi Mu).
To get second spot skater has to place 1-4 on their first JGP event.
Remining spots will be distributes based on ranking of the Beijing InterClub event.
Jr men: Top 4 skaters from Harbin event (junior men cathegory) were given 1 spot per each. Those are:
Boren Lu,
Zhuolang Li,
Mingham Xu,
Yihe Sun.
To get second spot thet must place 1-4. Remining spots will be distributes based on ranking of the Beijing InterClub event.
Jr pairs: Teams who qualified to junior grand prix final last season were given two spots per each. Those are:
Rui Guo & Yiwen Zhang,
Xuanqi Zhang & Wenqiang Feng,
Yuxian Chen & Yinbo Dong.
Top 3 teams from InteClub Harbin event could get spots if they'd reach 120 total point. Chen&Dong won and the runner-up team - Chenling Wang & Yongzheng Chen - scored more then required min so they got a spot (to get a second spot they must place 1-4).
Remining spots will be distributes based on ranking of the Beijing InterClub event (with the same min of 120 total points required).
JRr ice dance: Top 3 teams from Harbin event were given spots:
Zhixuan Li & Quanshuo Ge (winners - 2 spots),
Shanjie Yin & Shirui Yang (1 spot),

*The scores can't really be compared with the international ones - they have bonus point system for difficulty and the bonus points are huge. A skater can get additional TES points for attempting quads, 3axels, 3-3 combos etc. Even if they are not landed cleanly, some points are given (less than for a clean one though). E.g. Daiwei Dai got 18 bonus points in total.

By the way, for any of the others who were disappointed after Canada's NextGen Competition, these two Rhythm Dances are, in my opinion, decent examples of how choreographers can deal with the requirements set by the ISU without throwing away the character of a Waltz completely.

This also goes for the third-placed RD (Yixuan Wang / Shiqi Guan - 45.44)

Agree. Harbin junior rhythm dance was lovely to watch in terms of music choices, costumes and choreography. I enjoyed it much more than NextGen tbh.

I was very excited for the season after seeing these Rhythm Dances by the Chinese Junior Ice Dancers, as well as Yoshida/Morita and Kushida/Shimada's RDs. NextGen brought me back to reality, unfortunately.
