Can I have the document of "the General Announcement for the Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating 2026/27"? I cannot find it in ISU.

I don't think they have published it yet. Last year doc is still attached.

I want to confirm if "No Skater (Woman, Man, Pair or Dance Couple) is allowed to participate in more than two events of the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating," still valid. I heard that can be 3 events in 26-27.

One benefit of AIN is that there is no need to scroll much. So far all entries went to the junior national champions -- we'll see if anything changes after the closed test skate. This is a dream comp for AIN2 judging from last year's performances.

since I don't know them yet, I will have to copy on your prediction games LOL
I dunno if it's a great strategy because we have never seen them skate with international peers, don't know how international competition impacts them and they are in the growth developmental stage. And, like, junior pairs are insanely dynamic. You can check out the open test skates that will run in August; those should have the full junior national team and reserves. The links will be in the national forum.

Based on the last year, Lazarev and Shesheleva/Karnaukhov were remarkable. Kostyleva struggled with injuries but she has a rare innate charisma that comes across well and, on Russian ice, was able to land her jumps when needed. The saddest thing about one spot only is that Dzepka and Pleskacheva might not make JG stages because this trio stands out more than junior women normally do and they all have different vibe. In dance, there is actually a lot of captivating duos, so Fefelova/Valov did fight their way up through and on talent. Russian dance maybe finally having some sort of revival after the nepo-problems, though there is one duo that might mess things up. Anyway, I dunno if AIN2 can win out of the gates, but they are strong contenders. Hopefully, the pressure and growth is not going to ruin it.

Ukraine isn't using their allocated spots for this event it seems
Not suprising - considering geopolitics. They don't have as many skaters to use all the spots so China seems to be an obvious one to skip.
Some awkward situations can be avoided this way.

Although there will be a need to turn off YouTube comments regardless.
