It says that his coach Veronika Daineko is a judge and that she also coaches Alina Soupian who now represents Israel (was 8th in Kaunas) and Liza Nugumanova

I'm rather late, but I got around to watching his fs, and can I just say how much I love him for using the (clearly) superior soundtrack to R&J?

DiCaprio can do without all your hate.

I like that Petr went for an extremely hard combo. I don't think it was clean, but I hope he keeps working at it.

I think that is old info about Liza, she has been Turenko's student for some time now.

Welcome Petr! I was waiting for you for years! You was the jumping bean then. I imagined you and Andrew Torgashew will be in great fight for the best places...

Russian Fed has done some changes for their JGP assignments but they didn't do any changes for the men's event. I think they should consider switching Gumennik for the 7th event because 6th event will be pretty tough event. At the moment it looks like Gumennik, Danielian, Shimada, Hiwatashi and Orzel will be there. It remains to be seen how many changes will be made by other feds but right now 7th event looks much weaker event which means that Gumennik and Danielian could very well be 1st and 2nd there.

It may be that Russian Fed is planning to do some changes but they decided to wait and see if Mozalev would do well enough to earn 2nd JGP event in which case he would replace Murashov.

Two gold medals and hardly any recognition on here...what's up with that? Petr was fantastic! And he actually has real style and performance abilities, musicality, etc. Congrats!

Congrats, Petr! Two lovely programs, great presentation, who can ask for more?

By the way, his costume from the short is the best male costume i have seen in many years! I love everything about it. Such attention to detail. Love Monti's Csardas and his skating to it is so lovely.

Nice height on the jumps and overall presentationa and musicality. I'm a fan. I love that he goes into his salchow from a mohawk.

Congratulations to Petr for winning silver and going to Junior Worlds! It was a struggle, he is obviously not back to form yet after his bronchitis but he pulled through. I hope he'll get over his health issues by Junior Worlds.

Good luck to Petr at his first Junior Worlds! We know how well he can skate and let’s hope he can do that here! The main thing is just to enjoy himself and do his best. Cheering for him
