I'll add a fourth, but really it was the use of the slide INTO the rotational lift that was genius:

And a special thumbs up to Montreal, for best use of the slide as a choreographic element in so many of their programs. NONE of them were throwaways.

Well, the idea was to take three characteristic and memorable technical elements from each figure skating category. Since the slide in ice dance was something new this season and even before the season started it provoked some discussion as to its incorporation in the programs, that's how it appeared on the list

Anyway, the elements awarded in the technical category may be subject to change in the following seasons, so next year instead of the choreographic slide we may see something else.

Thank you for answering. I'm just going to give a special shout out then to Manta and Johnson's CCSS in their Sweet Dreams FD at US Nats, because it gave me the most joy this entire season.
