Her 3F looks much improved here, it's obvious she worked hard the past couple of seasons on improving the technique , it's too bad she doesn't yet manage to do the jumps like this in the actual competition but hopefully she'll get there

"Your" protocols?If you mean the SP protocols, it was a mistake, and an obvious one at that. Your post that I replied to had replied to the LP protocols. I think you could have figured out that I meant the LP (and what another poster explained) without the repeated posts on this topic. By the way, why did that judge mark Mao down on her spiral?
