Hi guys,
I have 2 tickets for Pyeongchang 2018 Olympics Men's FS Cat B, Gate 19, Block 202, Row E, seats 1 and 2 for sale. I won't be able to make it there next year. But I suppose the seat is quite front in the Category B section, as I win the balloting. But the thing is, I am not Korean resident, so I can't refund using their online system.

Let me know if anybody is interested. The ticket will be online version though.
