I'm apologizing in advance for the following long rant.
The GPF is long over now, but I just had to come here and post on something that I found disturbing and never want to see again in any network camera production. Maybe Peacock had no control over it as the feed was probably through a French production company? But what in the heck were they thinking with the extreme closeups in Pairs and Dance whenever the women would go up in lifts in pretzel-like positions?
I don't know about you, but I want to see the full element, including what the males' skates are doing and not close ups of the female anatomy. At first, I thought, "oops they were slow in changing to the other camera," but it continued to occur. At times, it made viewing unpleasant and eventually I began to unconsciously look away. I hope to never be subjected to anything like that again.
Maybe I'm just still too sensitive after the US Women's Gymnastics molestation cases. I just thought it was highly inappropriate.
