Elladj, one of the most entertaining skaters of all time, certainly an unique one. He has never been on a Nationals or major international event podium, yet always stealing scenes and hearts in the galas and major skating shows all over the world. He is universally beloved with his personality, flair, versatility and swanky moves of the currently hip and youthful dances. Truly refreshing and unique in the figure skating world. He makes a great ambassador and marketing agent for figure skating.

He will be missed in competitions and galas but will have a long and brilliant career in skating shows. I would like to see him play a part to help popularize the sport in Africa. He is a star and an inspiration.
