Grand Prix updates

Here are some more updates to the Grand Prix according to the ISU. This info was updated on 10/5/07.

Savchenko/Szolkowy and Dube/Davison have been added to the pairs roster at NHK Trophy. This will be a non scoring event for both.

Anastasia Gimazetdinova from UZB has been added to France. It appears that Anne Sophi Calvez of France has withdrawn.

Anastasia Grebenking and Vazgen Azroyan of ARM have been added to the dance roster at Russia.

Grete Grunberg/Christjan Rand of EST have been added to the dance roster at Japan.

That's kind of tough on the other NHK competitors, as there are now THREE seeded Pairs in the competition: Savchenko/Szollkowy, Volosozhar/Morozov and Dube/Davison. I think the ISU ought not to allow that.

Thanks blue dog. Now I remember. Still it's a long trip for those couples and then to face the Finals.

The 2 teams are both top contenders and placing in NHK may knock out 2 other team hopefuls for the Finals.
