G&G is one of the pairs that I always wanted to see and never had the chance. And when katia first started to skate alone, she look so lost during certin moves you just knew Sergi was going to come up by her side and take her hand. Like everyone else will always have are memories of watching them skate either live or on tv. i don't think any other pair will ever match or come close to what they had on ice.
I am so grateful I got to see G&G skate together in 94 at the Canadian Professional Championship...

The next year, they were slotted to be there again....but Sergei passed away just before that, it was a very somber event that year.
I am happy for Katia, things seemed to have worked out for her....but I just can't help it, everytime I see that woman, I feel sad for her...then you look at Daria who looks just like her Dad....
