Toni, while I don't think either candidates record on Vietnam is valid in this election, here is the complete story from factcheck.org. Please read with an OPEN MIND and make up your mind yourself. If you decide Kerry is still a war criminal, fine, but I want you to decide that after hearing from a neutral party and not someone spewing propaganda at you.
