I feel terrible for saying this, because it's awful for Amber. But... the sensible decision to me seems to be Bradie and Karen. Amber is a beautiful skater when she's on, but she's hardly ever on, and Karen is at least much more consistent.

Eh, I wouldn't be willing to bet on Amber at Worlds just yet. She's had one clean free, and wasn't clean in the short.

I'm actually shocked the judges did the right thing and put Karen on the podium. They could have easily pushed Alysa onto it if they wanted to

The difference between the top 5 ladies to the rest of the field is . The only other skater i could see in that group would have been Ting but she seems to be missing.

Had Alysa not messed up her combo she'd be in 3rd. Amber had a good night, but those good nights are few and far between. Mariah had a ROCK on her ring finger. Looks liked engaged to me.

If they're smart, they'll send Amber. Even though she has been inconsistent in the past, I think she has enough technical ability to perform well enough at Worlds.

I doubt it would take decades. I remember when our ice dance was very sub par on a World level. How many years ago did Max save our 3 male slots? It would help if we had major sponsors with deep pockets.

But Karen consistently has under-rotation issues.
